Singer Pharrell Williams may be facing another legal battle over stealing copywritten material. 

This time for his mega-hit "Happy." And, once again, it's Marvin Gaye's family that's making the claim.

Pharrell's 2014 hit was a global smash, selling an estimated 10 million units worldwide, winning the Grammy for best music video, and topping Billboard's year-end Hot 100 songs chart. (HollywoodReporter)

"I'm not going to lie. I do think they sound alike," Nona Gaye, Marvin's 40-year-old daughter, said. However, she added that she wasn't thinking about the legal implications right now. "We're not in that space." (CBSNews)
