This is a half-day, fast-paced and interactive session in which students will acquire a high-level working knowledge of Six Sigma. Six Sigma is a very popular and proven process improvement methodology applicable to all forms of organizations of any size: healthcare, technology, government, software, service, and manufacturing. Typical Six Sigma projects generate between $50,000 - $250,000 bottom-line impact for an organization. Participants will see in action world-class methods of reducing cycle time, cost, waste, and improving the quality of process deliverables.
