The meet is held under the sanction of USA-Swimming, Ohio Swimming. Entry fees are $4.00 for each individual event, $7.00 for each relay, $2.00 per swimmer to Ohio Swimming, Inc., and $4.00 per session for program. Admission and parking are free. Swimmers will be limited to four 4 individual events per day plus one 1 relays per session. All entries are to be submitted in short course yards no meters or conversions, please. This meet will be limited to the first 500 swimmers. Deck entries will be permitted only at the discretion of the Meet Director for a $5 per individual event fee $7 for relays. If a swimmer is not previously entered in the meet, then the swimmer must show proof of registration for the current season and pay the applicable $2 Ohio Swimming, Inc. surcharge in addition to any event fees. This meet is an age group format meet. Ribbons will be awarded for first thru sixth place 1st thru 3rd for relays for the following ages: 6un, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and OPEN. Heat Ribbons will be given in all 10 & Under age groups. Team scoring will follow standard USA rules for an 6-lane pool and scoring for relays will include a maximum of an A and B relay only, however all relays will be subject to awards.
