This spring the Oxford Community Arts Center will once again be hosting Green Screen, a film series presented by Green Oxford, in collaboration with the Oxford Interfaith Climate Change Work Group (ICCWG). This film series is free, open to the public and focuses on the science, art and spirituality of the natural environment. Each film takes place on a Wednesday evening and will begin at 7:00 pm followed by a brief discussion.
Green Oxford is a student-led environmental organization at Miami University Their goal is to work towards improving the environment of the Miami and Oxford communities through education, action, and leadership. Green Screen is a film series that explores a variety of films with the goal of educating, amusing, motivating and inspiring people to consider their role in the environment.
Defend the Gulf is the first film in the series and will be presented, Wednesday, February 13th at 7pm.
Last Call at the Oasis, will be presented, Wednesday, March, at 7pm.
Switch is the final film in the series and will be presented Wednesday, April 10th at 7pm. FREE
