Handling Academic Dishonesty: Understanding Miami's Policy and Procedures
Faculty members are at the front lines of holding students accountable for academic dishonesty, which can be an unpleasant but necessary part of faculty work. Some faculty members report that they are underprepared to handle suspected academic dishonesty. In this session, participants will be introduced to Miami's Academic Integrity Policy and procedures, learn about their role in the process, and become familiar with the resources available to aid them in addressing academic dishonesty concerns.
This is the final session in the series on Academic Integrity for spring 2013. You do not need to have attended the previous workshops, but it may be helpful to view the videos of them prior to attending this workshop.
