Remember the Promises Made in the Attic: The 100th Anniversary of the Dayton Flood of 1913 and the legacy of the Event on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Leon Bey, retired Dayton Metro Library historian will turn back the pages of history to look at an event that changed the lives of many forever. With over 50 photographs of the Great Dayton Flood of 1913, Leon will discuss the flood devastation, cleanup and the plan to build dams to protect the Miami Valley.
