Rowing is a low-impact, power-endurance sport that uses 90 of the bodys muscle groups. Greater Dayton Rowing is led by experienced and knowledgeable instruction from a full-time paid head coach and assistant coaches to students, grades 7-12, of all social and economic backgrounds from the Greater Dayton area, guided by training plans tailored to each age group. Athletes are empowered with confidence and ambition gained through competition and hard work. Join Greater Dayton Rowing for this 12-week program and compete in regatta events.
