This early-morning class runs for five weeks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This is a challenging, push-you-to-your-limits, metabolism-kicking class designed for the beginner to intermediate fitness level.
We will incorporate circuit training, strength, cardio, weights, plyometrics, abs, resistance bands, interval training and more. Previous class members have achieved results such as inches lost from their waist, dropped a dress size and overall body toning improvement.
Bring a water bottle, towel, weights and a yoga mat.
