I'm big fan of K99.1FM Country Station, althought I live very far from Dayton, even very far from the USA - in Slovakia (European Union). I spent more than 1 year of my life in Dayton in 2003/2004, where lives my good friend and very nice person Mary Lou McCarhy. During that 1 year stay I found and listened to your radio all the time. It's been
10 years since I came back home to Slovakia, but I still miss your wonderful American country music you play. This kind of music is palyed in our Slovak or European radio stations very rarely and almost nobody knows it here - what a shame.
So one day when I missed America, my friends there and your country music very much I searched the internet and found www.k99online.com.
And from that time on I listen to you online almost every day. Thank to you I know the newest hits in country music, all the singers and what's going on in this area.
I've been couple times in the USA on the short visits (couple weeks) during these 10 years, but never again in Dayton. But now, after 10 years, May 5th I come to Dayton and I'm gonna spend here couple days visiting my old friends and staying at Mary Lou's house. So I can't wait to that and I'm looking forward very much.
When I booked my flight ticket I found out, that Taylor Swift - my favorite singer performs one of her Red Tour Concerts in Columbus, so I can't resist and I also booked the ticket to her concert May 8th in Columbus. So may be I'll be the fan from the very far place on that show :) I write you this email to let you know that you're not only local country radio, but you have at least one big fan thousands miles away, which tune up to your frequence every day. I also want to thank you for all the wonderful country music you play, which makes me happy, brings me lot of joy and makes the distance smaller everytime I miss USA and my friends there.
Please, if you can, play some nice song from Taylor Swift for my friends - Mary Lou McCarthy, Paul Kudla and family, Lisa and Miguel Parilo with family, Jeff and Michelle Sharkey with family and other beautiful people in the area I didn't mentioned. Thank you.
P.S. Sorry for some mistakes in my English - I tried to do my best, but I'm not native speaker :)
