Ticket Information

Tickets are available online, at the Taft Theatre Box Office, all Ticketmaster location including select Kroger stores, or charge by phone at 1.800.745.3000. The Taft Theatre Box Office is located at the Taft Theatre. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 3:00pm and additional hours on performance nights.

The Taft Theatre Box Office will close for the Christmas and New Year's holidays on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 3:00pm and will reopen on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 11:00am

Performance On-Sale Procedures: The box office is open for the first hour of a public on sale for Taft Theatre performances. Due to the volume of ticket requests on the ticketing system during the initial on sale period, patrons may only request "Best Available" seats. Patrons cannot request individual seating sections during this time period. This will permit the transaction process to move as smoothly as possible for all patrons. During ticket on sales, the box office may be limited to only selling the new event. Patrons wishing to purchase tickets to other events will be assisted as soon as possible.

Will Call Procedures: Patrons must have a picture ID, confirmation number, and the credit card used to purchase tickets. The box office cannot release tickets to a patron without a picture ID. The box office can only release tickets to the patron(s) named on the account. The box office does not accept will call being left by a customer for another person.

The Taft Theatre box office does not charge a service/convenience fee on purchases completed at the box office. Purchases completed through Ticketmaster's selling channels will include an additional convenience fee. Four pack offers, vouchers, and discount/promotional tickets are not available for purchase or redemption day of performance. There are no refunds or exchanges. Lost, destroyed, or left behind tickets cannot be replaced.

Gift Certificates

Taft Theatre Gift Certificates are sold in $25, $50, & $100 amounts. A Taft Theatre gift certificate is processed the same as a single ticket order. All purchases are subject to availability. A Taft Theatre gift certificate expires two years from the date of purchase. Taft Theatre gift certificates must be redeemed at the Taft Theatre or Riverbend Music Center Box Office and are valid for most Taft Theatre, Riverbend Music Center and PNC Pavilion performances (excluding some Cincinnati Pops and Children’s Theatre performances).
