This is looking like a pattern, Kim Kardashian once again getting snubbed by royal Kate Middleton. The first time it was Middleton refusing to have tea with the reality star when she was in London. This time around, Middleton sent back a series of clothes from Kardashian's line that Kim had hoped Middleton would wear.
