Man charged with impersonating airline pilot
A man impersonating an Air France pilot made his way into the cockpit of a US Airways flight heading to Philadelphia. “Good Morning America” says this happened after he was denied a seat upgrade. HLN says the real pilots became suspicious and called the police. The imposter is being charged with trespass, impersonating a private employee and carrying a false ID. “TODAY” talked with an officer who said the response was well made by the real pilots. The FBI is also investigating.
