The City of Hope Celebrity Softball Challenge, which benefits cancer research, kicks off the CMA Music Fest every year. Almost 60,000 fans are expected in Nashville for the annual event, which runs through Sunday and features daily and nightly concerts, fan club parties, autograph signings and much more.

In the Grand Ole Opry versus 'After Midnight with Blair Garner' showdown, it was the Opry who prevailed in the annual City of Hope Celebrity Softball Challenge.
