Taylor Swift does not want to talk about sex, says theboot.com. And there's a somewhat humorous reason why.

"It's fine to talk about love publicly," she tells Allure magazine, which features the 19-year-old on the cover of its April issue. "But when you talk about virginity and sex publicly, people just automatically picture you naked. And as much as I can prevent people picturing me naked, I'm going to."


Swift does open up about the perils of dating, revealing in the article that she believes every cloud has a silver lining.

"Let's say I date a guy who really does nothing but damage me," she says. "You've put everything into trying to make that work, and it didn't. So you write a song about it. It was worth everything if you write a song about it."

What's worth even more to Swift are her fans, as she tells Allure the most fulfilling part of her career is meeting the people who enjoy her music. "It's so incredible to go out and sign autographs for nine hours straight," she says. "That's just my favorite thing to do."
