Kenny Chesney may not be officially on tour, but that doesn't mean he's not performing and making appearances!   He's scheduled to be on Oprah next Friday, to push the upcoming April 21st release of his new movie!   After that, it's off to the the Tonight Show with Jay Leno to do the same thing.  Again, even tho he's not officially touring, he will be playing May 14-15 at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas, and back in Sin City again in July in addition to six music festivals!  Although he's not mounting an extensive tour this summer, Chesney's performance calendar also includes another pair of Las Vegas dates in July as well as six music festivals.   Here's a sneak peek from href="http://www.countryweekly.com/kenny_chesney/news/4640">CountryWeekly.com.

Kenny Chesney's Summer in 3D

Kenny Chesney is still hard at work on his new movie, Kenny Chesney: Summer in 3D, which was filmed during several Sun City Carnival Tour 2009 stops, including Boston, San Francisco, Seattle and Indianapolis.

This teaser video features Kenny in the control room of the Kim Novak Theater of the Sony Studios lot working on the film. It also features snippets of the movie, including one of Kenny talking about his childhood love of sports and music.

Kenny is also nominated for the Academy of Country Music's Entertainer of the Year Award, and is featured on the April 12th cover of Country Weekly.
