Miranda Lambert and Lady Antebellum are leading the way in nominations for the 44th annual CMA Awards this year.  CMT.com says Justin Moore and Chris Young got up early to make the announcements for seven of the categories this morning from the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.  Miranda and Dierks Bentley will reveal the other five categories tomorrow on Good Morning America in New York.    Miranda got five nods including single, video and song of the year for "the House that Built Me" and "White Liar."  Lady A has been nominated four times for vocal group of the year, single, song and video of the year for "Need You Now."  This year's CMA Awards show takes place Nov. 10 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will host the event live on ABC.   Read all about it here.
