Is it fact or all a lot of smoke? TMZ reports Miley Cyrus was filmed smoking from a bong five days after her 18th birthday at her LA home.

"Sources" say the smoke was not marijuana, but a natural herb called "salvia," which is legal in California. Read more here . Miley's dad Billy Ray Cyrus tweeted over the weekend, "Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. Im so sad. There is much beyond my control right now." This is tough. I know Miley's trying to push the boundaries, but at what point did she think this was a good idea?
