Brooks & Dunn Ask Fans to Pick their Swan Song By Nancy Wilson
Brooks and Dunn are sadly calling it quits this year after 20 years as a duo. One of their last stops of the Final Rodeo Tour is Country Concert 2010 at Fort Loramie Thursday, July 8th. In anticipation of their last Academy of Country Music Awards performance together on April 18th, Kix and Ronnie are asking YOU to help pick their song! Here's more from theboot.com's Nancy Dunham.
Brooks & Dunn's ACM Song Will Be Fans' Choice Brooks & Dunn want you to choose which song they'll perform on the ACM Awards telecast. Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn have already scored 26 ACM trophies and are nominated again this year for Top Vocal Duo. They'll also receive the Academy's Milestone Award in recognition of their 20-year career. The pair are going out in style, calling it quits as a duo after this year's Last Rodeo farewell tour.the ballot are: "Brand New Man ,' 'My Maria , ' 'Red Dirt Road ,' 'Neon Moon ,' 'You're Gonna Miss Me ' and 'Boot Scootin'' Boogie .' The 45th Annual ACM Awards will air live from Las Vegas on CBS at 8:00 PM ET, Sunday, April 18.ACM Awards and will feature performances by Carrie Underwood , George Strait , Lady Antebellum , Jason Aldean , Taylor Swift , Rascal Flatts , Sugarland , and many others .
