Nashville has been devastated by flooding the past few weeks and country stars continue to come together to raise funds to fix problems.   Tune in Sunday for GAC's "Keep on Playin'--a Benefit for Flood Relief."  Kellie Pickler is one of those people who always bring a smile to your face and this benefit is no exception, as the American Idol alum is giving us a real treat!  More from GACTV.com's Wendy Newcomer.

Kellie Pickler Ready to Make People Smile at GAC's Flood Relief Concert

This Sunday, the stars are coming together to help Nashville as GAC airs Music City Keep On Playin' -- A Benefit For Flood Relief. Airing from Nashville's Ryman Auditorium at 8 p.m. ET, the fundraiser features Brad Paisley, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Rodney Atkins, Kellie Pickler, Americana artist Will Hoge, gospel singer CeCe Winans and contemporary Christian performer Jaci Velasquez.

Kellie recently called in to the GAC studio with the exciting news that she wanted GAC to have the world premiere of her new video, "Makin' Me Fall In Love Again." The video has a 1940s USO theme and you can see it tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern on the Top 20 Country Countdown. She also talked about how the Nashville flood had impacted her life.

"Lucky for me, I was so blessed," she tells GACTV.com. "God was really looking over my home, so I did not personally have any damage. But I do have a lot of friends that lost their homes. It's a tragic thing to happen anywhere, but it really helps you get your priorities together and focus on what's important in life. So all of the things that people lost in the flood - at the end of the day, it's just all "stuff." As long as you're alive and healthy, and your family is okay, that's the most important thing.

"It's been a great way for Nashville to show how giving this community is," she continues. "It's so amazing. I think Nashville has a lot of giving, wonderful people. It's really brought the town together."

Kellie says she's not sure yet what songs she'll sing at Sunday's concert, but fans can expect a more stripped-down, acoustic set vs. a full band. "I am just gonna try to make people smile," she says. "Obviously, we're there to raise money and awareness - but also to try to get everybody out of the gloomy feel we've had here for a while. There's been a lot of damage, so there's a lot to fix. But I just want to make people smile and feel good."
