Carrie Underwood hangs out with Snoop Dogg backstage at the 25th anniversary of Cedars-Sinai Sports Spectacular, held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel on Sunday in Los Angeles.
The 27-year-old country cutie performed at the show, which benefits the ongoing work of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Genetics Institute.
