Miley Cyrus' Parents Splitting Up By Nancy Wilson
This gives a whole new meaning to "Achy Breaky Heart" as sad news come from the home of Miley Cyrus' parents. Billy Ray Cyrus and wife Tish have filed for divorce in Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences, after 17 years of marriage. "As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family," they say in a statement to People Magazine . "We are trying to work through some personal matters.
