Another "Rascal" Joins the Flatts Family! By Nancy Wilson
Congratulations to Rascal Flatts' Joe Don Rooney and wife Tiffany Fallon! The stork made a visit to the couple Tuesday, delivering baby Raquel Blue at 4:26 pm. The little Rascal came in at 7 pounds and 18 inches long.

Two year big brother Jagger Donovan is happy to welcome the addition. "Jagger is already an excited big brother; yesterday he gave her kisses and tried to feed her cookies!" Joe Don told People. Read more here . The couple has been married since April 2006. No slowing down for the new Dad. The band returns to the road later this month and a new RF album comes out in November. Bass player Jay DeMarcus and his wife, Allison, will welcome their first child -- also a little girl -- in January.
