Kid Rock Wishes He Were Someone Else By Nancy Wilson
The man born Robert James Ritchie says if he had to do it all over again, he would rethink naming himself, "Kid Rock ." He tells Esquire Magazine it's "the worst name in the world." He explains that when he was a teenager he thought it a pretty cool rap name, but then it lost its luster, "I'll be an eighty-year-old man -- 'call me the Kid.' " Read more here . Kid says the only person with a worse name is Will Smith, who went as the "Fresh Prince" back in the 80's.
