And they say women can't keep a secret??!!! Rascal Flatts is still on the road, finishing up the final seven dates of Flatts Fest 2011 Tour with Sara Evans, but are finding time to work on their new album.  And thanks to bassist Jay DeMarcus, we found out some of the details.    Jay was tweeting all day yesterday about when the album would be done, who's on it and who's writing the material!  “Another day tracking with the Flatts!!! New album comes out next spring!!!”  Not leaving fans hanging, Jay was more than happy to respond to questions.   For example, there's no album title yet, the band is "writing and producing a few of the songs ourselves this time.”    The new album will be Flatts’ eighth studio album.    Recently, Gary LeVox told JAM the band feels fortunate to have all their albums hit the Platinum status.  "We're just thrilled to death (latest album Nothing Like This) went platinum. Our fans have been great and country radio has been wonderful to us.
