Will American Idol Ever Find Another Carrie Underwood? By Nancy Wilson
Season 10 of American Idol starts tonight, with a cast of totally different characters and no Simon. Will I watch? Yeah, even tho I'm not a big fan of the new judges, I owe it to myself to see what they have to offer. Gone are Simon Cowell , Ellen DeGeneres , Kara Dio-something . Still there, Randy Jackson . And joining the Dawg is Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler and pop diva Jennifer Lopez . And of course, the ever self important Ryan Seacrest as host.
In addition to the new judges, Idol now will air on Wednesdays and Thursdays. There's a whole bunch of changes, you can read more here from Entertainment Weekly . As far as I'm concerned, there hasn't been a huge winner from Idol since Carrie Underwood in Season 4. Not holding out much hope this time around, but you never know right?
