It was the haircut heard round the world! Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber decided he "needed a change" and had his famous fringe cut on the set of the recent video shoot with Rascal Flatts for "That Should be Me." RF bassist Jay Demarcus was so taken with the new look, he sent the picture out and fans were in an uproar! The Biebs had promised Ellen Degeneres he would give her a lock as a person present, which he did. He also said he would donate it to a charity, which he also did. Ellen put the tresses on Ebay, they went for over $40,000, bought by online casino Goldenpalace.com. The money was donated to the Gentle Barn, which helps rescue abused animals. Read all about it here. Looking at it, I'm thinking the new haircut looks suspiciously like Ellen's. Anyone else?
Hmmm, haircuts? Videos? Bonding? Is the Biebs going country? It would seem so. He's joining Rascal Flatts in their upcoming concert special, appearing in a clip of the video" That Should Be Me" and will also be featured in various "behind the scenes" footage! (Screams here!). The special, "Rascal Flatts: Nothing Like This" airs on ABC next Saturday, March 12th.
