The long running feud between Tim McGraw and Curb Records just got a little crazier.  Curb is suing Tim, claiming he failed with his latest album to live up to his longtime contract with the label, one that Tim has openly defied for years until last fall, when he completed the still unreleased, "Emotional Traffic" album.  Tim has called the recording his “absolute last album with Curb if it kills him.”   The lawsuit says Tim is required to stay under contract for two additional albums under the Curb imprint — a process that could keep the star locked into the label he has been with for his entire career for at least another two years.   The Tennessean reports a McGraw spokesman said the label is trying to force McGraw “to serve perpetually under a contract that he has already fully and faithfully completed.”   Curb’s attorney Jay Bowen, meanwhile, said that the case is a clear example of an artist trying to break a contract he simply disagrees with — with broad implications for the industry.   “Curb Records and the recording industry will suffer broad harm if (McGraw) and others can ignore the provisions of recording agreements, selecting which provisions they may choose to follow and refusing to acknowledge others,” the suit says. “If permitted this would create chaos. …”   Read all about it here.   "Felt Good on My Lips" has been the only single released from the album so far.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fX_wt7cPCU4
