The always awesome Dolly Parton brought some smiles to TV Friday when she appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show.   Dolly discussed her upcoming album, "Better Day" due out June 28th, as well as her 45th wedding anniversary to the elusive Carl Dean yesterday.   Dolly also talked about her numerous impersonators and how she once lost a lookalike contest one Halloween.    She also explained to Ellen about her love of wigs and how she never goes without one!     Dolly returned later in the show for the world premiere of 'Together You and I.'   The uptempo track is the first single from the superstar's new album.   "I wanted to do an album that would be very uplifting and positive, as well as inspirational," Dolly says of the new project on her own Dolly Records. "Times are hard all over. I think people need to feel better and I thought 'Better Day' was a perfect title because it says 'hope.'"  Dolly's world tour begins July 17.
