A Wilmington couple credits Kenny Chesney with joining not just their hearts, but their kidneys.  Ashley Pauley tells the Wilmington News Journal she wasn't too impressed when she met her future husband Steve over ten years ago. "He has a sarcastic sense of humor," she says, "He kept asking me when I was going to take him out, and I thought, 'that's not the way it works.'"   But it did when the two ran into each other at  Kenny concert a while after.  Six years later they got married.   Two years later after the birth of their son Emery, Ashley's kidneys took a turn for the worse.  She had been diagnosed with Alport syndrome when she was 14, but had been handling it well until her sodium levels dropped after Emery came along.  That's when Steve, who Ashley first rejected all those years ago, gave her one of his kidneys.   Now, all is well, "I call it my Super Steve Kidney," Ashley says.  Read it all here.    And they have Kenny Chesney to thank, “It was like that concert was meant to be,” Steve said.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACJ3akD8zIg
