Keith Urban is going to be sidelined for a  bit later this month.  A rep said on Keith's website he will be undergoing throat surgery to remove a polyp which has developed on his vocal chords.  "The surgery, an out-patient procedure, while minor, will require complete voice rest followed by an undetermined period of  recuperation that will require the postponement of the 'All For The Hall' benefit concert," his  website says.  The concert, scheduled for January 18th in Nashville, will benefit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.    Read more here.   Although Keith is cutting way back on appearances requiring multiple songs, he will be honoring his pre-existing one-song performance commitments leading up to his procedure at the end of this month, including his scheduled duet with Scotty McCreery at the CMA Awards Wednesday, where he is nominated for Entertainer of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year.    Scheduled appearances at the Grand Ole Opry November 12 and November 26 have been canceled, an Opry spokesperson confirmed.     Everything else will be rescheduled in the new year.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jk1nw4Uoxig
