Martina McBride and Kellie Pickler plan to make some changes tomorrow, as they join an all star line-up at the Grand Ole Opry for the third annual Opry Goes Pink event, in conjunction with National Breast Cancer Awareness month.    "The technology and the knowledge that we have today is so advanced," Kellie tells the Boot. "We have such a greater advantage, and a lot of technology ... to catch things in the early stages before it gets out of control, versus past generations -- even the '90s, that wasn't long ago, but even the technology in the '90s is so different than today. It's so much better."    Kellie is ready to release her third album, featuring the single, "Tough."  "People hear the word, 'tough,' they automatically go to being physically tough. The song is not about that," she says, "It's about being emotionally tough."   Read more here.  Martina will flip the switch to turn the Opry pink for the first show and will perform her latest single off her album Eleven, called, "I'm Gonna Love You Through It" about a woman dealing with cancer.

Kellie will do the honors on night two.  Her Grandma, who raised her, died of cancer, so Kellie says she's honored to "help bring awareness and raise money to fight this horrible disease."   Also appearing, "Good Morning America" anchor and cancer survivor Robin Roberts, who will emcee the first night,  Ronnie Milsap, Lauren Alaina and Eden's Edge.  A portion of the ticket sales will got to "Women Rock for the Cure."
