As you scan thru the list of nominees for the Country Music Association Awards handed out November 9th, you'll notice Tim McGraw's name isn't on the list.  Is he bitter?  I doubt he has time!  CMT says Tim's movie career continues to grow, with a new rumor out there that he may star in a remake of the 1976 Kris Kristofferson/Barbra Streisand movie, "A Star is Born."  Clint Eastwood is producing the new edition of the film, which was initially set to begin filming in February of 2012.     All that is subject to change, since pop diva Beyonce was said to be the female lead and now she and husband Jay-Z are expecting their first child.   CMT says Tim wasn't the first choice to play the role of John Norman Howard.  It was offered to Leonardo DiCaprio, who turned it down.  Now, the ball's in Tim's court.  The movie is set to be out sometime in 2013.   Read more details here.  While you're waiting, Tim and wife Faith Hill will be going down under.   The Tim McGraw & Faith Hill / Australia 2012 tour will be the first time the country music superstars have toured together outside of North America and will also be Hill’s first time touring Australia.    Nice!   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7AIBlzCluc
