Jana Kramer celebrated her 29th birthday yesterday in a very unconventional way---she was in the hospital! Friday, she and b-f Brantley Gilbert were fishing before her show in West Palm Beach, and having a great time she tweeted. "We caught a baby shark!!!!!!" Not long after, the tweets went downhill. "My how the day has changed," she wrote. "I am now sick with 101 fever and getting ready for this show is a challenge."

Jana tried to give it a go, but had to bag the performance, tweeting, "had no voice! Ill make it up to y'all I promise! Thanks for helping me thru this bug!" She went right from the stage to the hospital where Brantley and her manager kept her amused. "Being entertained at the hospital by my manager and B.#tryingtomakemesmile #sortaworking," she tweeted. After plenty of fluids and meds, Jana was released yesterday. She expects to be back at it Wednesday in Las Vegas as she continues her tour with Alan Jackson.
