LeAnn Rimes is helping make a little girl's dream come true. Tuesday, when she heard about a six year old girl from Hawaii who is going blind from a disease called septo-optic dysplasia, she took to Twitter. "Throwing this out there to see if we might be able to help this sweet child and her family. American Air, wanna help? I've got Disney covered and I'll go hang with the little girl and her family!" Following along with her tweets, LeAnn was able to get some help from the airlines. "I'm so thrilled we could all pull together and make this little girls dream come true I can't wait to see this little girl's face at Disneyland!"
