Billy Ray Cyrus is coming clean in his memoir, Hillbilly Heart, out next spring. “This is my chance to set the record straight,” Billy Ray tells Music Row. “I realized that over the years that there have been untruths and misconceptions about me, my music, my life, my family and our dreams. I’m going to lay out the facts starting from August 25th, 1961 and work my way to the present, even if it stings a little.” The book goes all the way back to BRC's childhood, goes thru his personal life and career, from the ginormous success of “Achy Breaky Heart” to his acting chops as playing the TV dad to real-life daughter Miley on Disney’s Hannah Montana.
