Ah yes, it's good to be Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert these days.   The country couple will duet on "America the Beautiful" at the Super Bowl in Indianapolis February 5th.  Right after that, Blake's show "the Voice" premieres its second season on NBC.   He's also set to co-host the upcoming 47th Annual ACM Awards Show April 1st in Las Vegas with Reba for the second year.  And Blake is also the cover boy on next month's Redbook Magazine's "Hot Husband" issue, out next week.  

In it, he gives us the scoop on marriage to Miranda:  how to be a good husband and how she has "tamed" him.  (Could it have anything to do with gunpowder, lead or kerosene?)    "You've got to be confident and a little bit of a pushover,"  Blake says in the article.   "Obviously, you've got to be a loyal person. I'm never going to listen to someone trash my wife. I think you have to be willing to take a bullet for somebody if you're going to stand up there, take your vows, and be married to them for the rest of your life."    Since the two got married in May, Blake believes he's calmed down somewhat.  "Maybe it's because I'm 35, and you start to calm down anyway. But I think a lot of it has to do with feeling settled and lucky to have ended up with the person I really wanted to be with.
