Newly blond Miley Cyrus is allegedly putting babies before marriage, according to Us Weekly. The magazine reports the 19 year old, who is newly engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth, wouldn't mind a little one sooner than later. "Miley and Liam really want to have a baby quickly," a Cyrus family source says. The source goes on to say the Hunger Games' Liam is the instigator more than Miley and her Dad Billy Ray is fine with it. "They are both mature and ready for this," says a source of the couple, often criticized for their decision to wed so young. "Miley is 19 going on 40."
