Carrie Underwood, Aerosmith rumored duet By Nancy Wilson
You've seen them perform together on CMT Crossroads 2011 ACM Awards Carrie Underwood and Aerosmith have recorded a duet for the bands' upcoming album.

MJSBigBlog says the guys recorded a ballad written by Marti Fredrickson last summer, who suggested that the band turn it into a duet, featuring a female country singer. Carrie supposedly just laid down her tracks recently. Sources say the tune is a “surefire smash.” Read more here . The fan’s Facebook post on the duet was deleted after band drummer Joey Kramer dropped a somewhat threatening tweet. “Stealing @Aerosmith thunder look up the word PROSECUTION!” he posted on Twitter . If the rumors are true, then Carrie joins fellow American Idol alum, season 10 runner-up Lauren Alaina , who contributed vocals to the album.
