First the fun.  Sugarland is set to perform on tomorrow night's ‘Dancing with the Stars’  first results show of the season.   Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush will join singer/songwriter Matt Nathanson to perform his latest single, “Run,” with a special performance accompanied by pro dancers Tristan MacManus and Peta Murgatroyd.    Sugarland will then return to the stage for a second performance of “Find the Beat Again,” accompanied by four members of this season’s Troupe.    “Dancing with the Stars the Results Show” airs at 9pm ET on ABC.   Then the serious.   The Associated Press says  Jennifer has been ordered by a judge to testify next month about what happened before the deadly Indiana State Fair collapse.   She has to give a deposition by April 15th focusing on whether Sugarland resisted delaying the start of their concert, even though bad weather was on the way.   The group wanted to wait til May to testify because their In the Hands of the Fans tour kicks off April 5th in Toledo.   Attorneys for Mid-America Sound Corp., the company that built the stage, hoped to begin the depositions today, but Judge Theodore Sosin approved a request to reject that timeline after Sugarland’s attorneys stepped in to request a protective order.    Sosin decided only Jennifer would need to testify in front of the court    The band has long maintained they’re not at fault for the August 13 tragedy, during which heavy winds took down the light and sound rigging and the roof over the stage at the Indiana State Fair grounds. Seven people were killed and 58 were injured when it collapsed.    The group is named in a number of lawsuits, as many claim it was their contractual responsibility to call off the show due to inclement weather.
