When it comes to junk food, Kenny Chesney says, "no thanks." Adult beverages are another thing. The June coverboy for Men's Health says he's been known to tip a few.

“I’ve never abused my body with drugs,” Kenny said. “I’ve never smoked. But I will say that I’ve probably been overserved a lot. You can’t spend 19 years on the road and not have a few drinks.” He uses Sundays as his cheat day, allowing himself to indulge a little. As you can tell from his ripped physique, Kenny spends some time in the gym, but not to get pumped up. “I don’t go in here and try to bench-press 200 pounds,” he said. But he can do 300 pushups in 10 minutes. His overall goal is to maintain his energy level for his two-plus hour live show, many of which take place in soaring heat and high humidity. Kenny's trainer Daniel Meng says Kenny amped things up in January for the kickoff of next month's Brothers of the Sun Tour with Tim McGraw. “It’s a very intense workout routine usually reserved for athletes,” Daniel said. “But Kenny has a certain standard he holds himself to when putting on a show, and it’s my job to get him there.” Read all about it here.
