What a perfect way to kick off the Memorial Day weekend!  Tim McGraw will be giving away houses this summer---donating 25 mortgage free homes to be exact, to wounded or needy military veterans, one for each stop on his upcoming Brothers of the Sun Tour with Kenny Chesney.  It's part of a nationwide program called HomeFront with Chase and Operation Homefront.     Tim says on his website  that providing a stable foundation for veterans is something he's always wanted to do.  “My sister’s a veteran of the first Gulf War. My uncle was a Vietnam veteran and my grandfather was a World War II veteran. I've always felt a deep sense of respect and obligation to our troops. Being able to reward them for their dedicated work with a new home will be even more rewarding for us.  It feels so good to give back to them, and to have the opportunity to entertain them on Memorial Day is something I'm honored to do."  Read more here.  To kick-start the HomeFront program, Tim will perform a special Memorial Day concert of remembrance and gratitude for servicemembers at New York City's Beacon Theatre.    The show will be streamed live via YouTube and to military bases around the world on The Pentagon Channel.   The BOS Tour kicks off June 2nd in Tampa.  The guys will be in Cincinnati at Paul Brown Stadium July 1st.   Win tickets here.   Thank someone in uniform this weekend.
