The Band Perry will be joining a long list of local celebrities honored with their likenesses forever made into bobbleheads at an upcoming Greeneville Astros game.  The country trio will be enshrined into "bobblehead-dom" June 28th to benefit charity.   "Each year, we put our due diligence into creating a special bobblehead for our fans and this year is no exception," said Astros general manager David Lane told the Greeneville Sun. "We are thrilled to be able to give out TBP bobbleheads but even more excited about the opportunity to give back to our local community through United Way."    Read more here. 

In the meantime, the reigning CMA "New Artists of the Year" are working on their new album.    Sister Kimberly tells Al.com she and brothers Neil and Reid are happy with what they have so far.  “We are about half finished. We just cut the first six sides, actually, this past week, and are just in love with them,” said Kimberly.  Read more here.     The band is also busy garnering votes for next week's upcoming CMT Awards, where they are up for group video of the year for "All Your Life" against Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts and the Pistol Annies.  “One thing we love about this particular award show is that it is fan voted,” said Kimberly. “In The Band Perry we believe country music is the people’s music anyway.
