Just goes to show how life can change in an instant. Luke Bryan tells People Country he recently had a scare due to a slice of pizza! "I had a friend do the Heimlich on me," Luke recalls. "It was pretty freaky there for about 30 seconds. A piece of flatbread pizza flaked off and got lodged in my airway and I went down. He picked me up and got it out of there!" Luke is more than greatful for the lifesaving technique since he has plenty to keep going for! A CMA Male Vocalist and Album of the Year nomination, an upcoming headlining tour and his family.
