Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman says when she was a little girl, her dream was to cook.   “I’m not a professional chef but when I was a kid, I would stand at the counter and pretend I was a cooking show host.   I never, ever thought it would be a reality.”    Well, dreams do come true!    The blonde singer of LBT has a new cooking show, Kimberly's Simply Southern, debuting tomorrow afternoon on Great American Country!   

The 13 episode series will follow her to a different place every week, meeting with folks who share her love of food.    Back home in Nashville, some famous friends stop by to sample what she whips up, including bandmate Karen Fairchild, Lauren Alaina and Kimberly's daugher Daisy Pearl.   “I always watched my mama,” Kimberly says of her childhood spent in the kitchen with her mom. “She was always cooking for people.
