E! News is reporting struggling country singer Mindy McCready is getting some help.   Family services had removed her two young sons, Zander and Zayne  from her Arkansas home early Wednesday, followed by a judge ordering her to a treatment facility for a mental-health and alcohol-abuse evaluation. "Family members sought to have Mindy committed to a mental-health facility and there was an emergency hearing today," says a source. "They just got out of court a little while ago and the judge committed her for up to 21 days."     A second source claims the 37 year old admitted during a court hearing this week that she had "indulged in too much alcohol because she was still mourning David's passing."  Read more here.

The investigation continues into the death of Mindy's boyfriend, David Wilson,  of what was reported to police as a self-inflicted gunshot wound Jan. 13.    Mindy told NBC News she had nothing to do with his death.    People Magazine spoke with the father of Zander, Billy McKnight, who is trying to get sole custody of his son.  "I've been sober for years," he says. "All those problems ended when Mindy and I split up. I have been doing everything right. I'm gainfully employed, doing well in my career. I am clean. I live in a gated community.
