No wonder Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are smiling these days!  

Tim's had a big weight lifted off his shoulders (is that why he's so buff?) when the Tennessee Supreme Court refused to hear Tim's former record label Curb's appeal of a lower court ruling that Tim was free to record with other labels while his legal fight with Curb continued through the court system.   Tim's "Two Lanes of Freedom" (the number one country album this week) was released earlier this month on Big Machine Records--the very first album not with Curb.   But when it comes to criticism, Tim says he goes to his wife.   The Associated Press reports Tim says they'll bounce ideas off each, but may not always agree on the advice handed out!   He says sometimes he might love two or three of her songs and they won't make the record, or she'll hate some of his songs and they will make it. Tim  says he might not agree with her, but he always goes back to evaluate if Faith doesn't like something.   He says they listen to each other more than anyone else.  Good boy Tim!   As you can see from the video, the two still get along great after years of marriage and three daughters.   They've been performing their Soul2Soul show in Las Vegas and just released this blooper tape.   Check out Tim's upcoming tour dates!!
