Apparently, Blake Shelton has been open with his family about his desire to lose ten pounds. Shelton said he reached out to his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, for help because she is such a clean, healthy eater. Gwen wants Blake to give up his love for chips, wings, and his favorite - beer - for healthier alternatives. Imagine telling Blake Shelton he needed to give up beer. Blake Shelton. An insider said that Gwen has been finding empty snack wrappers hidden throughout the house that she believes belong to Blake. Apparently, “Happy Anywhere” only holds true if Blake is eating tofu or wheat grass. To that I say; do you, Blake! Eat all of the snacks you want and lose the weight at your own pace. Maybe just be better at hiding the empties next time?
