2/5/2020 — If you have been a fan of country music at all in the last 35 years then you have probably heard of the iconic BLUEBIRD CAFE in the outskirts of Nashville. This little whole in the wall cafe is the reason behind some of the biggest artists in the genre and in ALL of music!  Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift, Maren Morris, Faith Hill, Trisha Yearwood, and so many more started or got signed to major record deals. It’s a 90-seat establishment where artists, songwriters, and fans who have come into this place have altered the course of country music history.

NOW, there is a documentary coming out about the history of this place and what artists have made it in the industry because of this little cafe. The film features interviews and performances from Garth Brooks, Maren Morris, Charles Esten, Vince Gill, Faith Hill, Kacey Musgraves, Taylor Swift, Trisha Yearwood, and the cast of Nashville (which the show was partially filmed in the cafe). Plus, multiple never-before-told stories from those that have worked, played, been discovered and "helped preserved the venue and its legacy."

BLUEBIRD will air on CMT on February 19 at 8:00 p.m. EST and will be available on Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Google Play and more after it airs.
