Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams-Paisley opened their free grocery store, The Store, in Nashville in March 2020 and they have delivered enough free food to make 1.3 meals!

“Delivering these meals, it really is emotional,” Williams-Paisley told PEOPLE. “When you pull up and they’re waiting, they’re waiting in the door. And I think, ‘What would they be doing if we weren’t showing up today?’”

Brad and Kimberly were inspired to launch The Store when they visited the Unity Shoppe in Santa Barbara, California eight years ago with their two sons, Huck and Jasper. “Basically our children were acting spoiled,” Paisley said. “They needed to realize that there were people in need and they needed to see hunger.”
