BEER IN LOUISVILLE PARTY BUS OFFICIAL RULES
Twenty (20) First Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, each Winners will receive a pair of tickets to the Kenny Chesney "Spread the Love" Tour on May 28,2016 at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium in Louisville, Kentucky. Winners will also receive two seats on the WHKO-FM Charter Bus going round trip from Dayton, Ohio to Louisville, Kentucky on May 28, 2016, and a $50 Gift Certificate to Cin City Sea & Steak. (ARV: $200.00)
Prize includes round trip transportation for winner and one (1) guest from the Dayton, Ohio to Louisville, Kentucky and tickets for two (2) for admission to Kenny Chesney "Spread the Love" Tour on May 28,2016 at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium in Louisville, Kentucky. If Winner cannot travel during the specified travel dates, then he or she forfeits the entire prize.
All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize package description above, including costs of meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified above, are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner's must provide Sponsor with the name, address, and date of birth of his/her guest by May 25, 2016.

In order to claim a prize, potential winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within forty-eight (48) hours of notice or attempted notice.To claim his/her prize, the potential winner must personally visit Sponsor's offices at 1611 S. Main Street, Dayton, Ohio 45409 within forty-eight (48) hours after notification (office visits must be between the hours of 9 a.m. (E.S.T.) and 5 p.m. (E.S.T.) weekdays) and must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
